The Mirror reports that it will not be easy for Juventus to sign Antonio Rudiger due to unsolved financial issues.

Reports suggest that Rudiger wants at least another £2.5 million a year from the Juventus offer. Along with £2 million in gratuity.
However, Juventus are still see as a favorite to join the team. With Barcelona and Bayern Munich also wanting.
But, while Rudiger is seemingly entwine in a transfer brawl, the report outlines that he’s willing to remain patient before concluding his future. His ‘priority’, reportedly, is to remain at Chelsea, despite the sanctions on the club.
As soon as the west Londoners get a new owner, Chelsea will be able to reignite their efforts of tying Rudiger to an extension. Though, the search for a new investor is taking time following several extensions to the deadline by Raine Group.
